REFUND POLICY:
GA Tax Lien Boootcamp (GTLBC) appreciates your business. All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued for any reason. Registrations may not be transferred to another person. Please note, if no notice is given at least 5 days prior to bootcamp for which you registered and you do not attend the bootcamp, you will be considered a no show and forfeit all monies paid.
RELEASE:
Any event you attend may be videotaped by GTLBC. By entering this event, you grant to GTLBC the irrevocable right and license to use your name and likeness concerning you, and the right to use any video tape, motion picture, and/or still photographs made of your likeness, poses, acts and appearances, and any sound recordings of your voice made by GTLBC during the seminar and subsequent related events for which you register, without compensation to you, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Further, you agree in the event you provide a testimonial, either on video or in writing, that you certify the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and hereby release to GTLBC your uncontested permission to use your testimonial in its marketing or promotional efforts without any compensation to you.
As with any and all business transactions, we encourage you to consult your personally acquired accountant, real estate, legal, or tax adviser for advice and / or investment direction.
GA Tax Lien Bootcamp is a direct-to-consumer, direct-to-real estate agent and tax lien education, continuing education and training company. We do not sell nor attempt to sell a business opportunity, “get-rich-quick” program, or money-making system. However, we believe with proper knowledge and education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisions, but we do not guarantee success in investing. We do not make promises or claims on earnings, efforts, return on investments, or that our training will make you any money or a specified profit. Statements and depictions are the opinions, findings, or experiences of individuals who have purchased our educational and training curriculum. We do not track or measure earnings or the financial performance of our students. We do however track completed transactions and we offer a satisfaction survey via a voluntary exit interview. Results show that students who apply our curriculum, training, and guidance ultimately experience some level of success in tax lien investing. Historical data indicate students fail to apply the training, and / or do not follow through with consistency and the proper level of effort to achieve their desired results. You should assume that most students do not follow-through appropriately. GTLBC may provide services by or refer you to third-party affiliates or collaborators. Some of these businesses share common interests with GTLBC. Third-party company names, logos, and products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective organization(s).
